Who wants some updates on all the writing releases I’ve got coming up?
It’s been a busy and pretty successful month! We had the release of both Under the Table and Small Wing, which were both really well received (not discounting a link snafu with UTT). It’s great to finally get Under the Table out there as (a) I’m delighted to see people enjoying it and (b) it was a massive project so I can now free up time for new stuff. I’ll definitely slowly start work on a new interactive book, but as it stands it’ll be a while coming given the work required.
We’re marching on with weekly updates for Giant Lesbians Have Had Enough of Your Sh*t, which I’m very close to finishing overall. This one has essentially exploded to novel proportions, looking like it’ll be about 20 chapters or so, which makes us about halfway through now, and should take Tier 2 up to November.
Meanwhile, I’m putting out The Monster of Mtubu fortnightly for Tier 1, a revised older story of mine with a Victorian-adventurer style. It’s somewhat put me in a mind to follow up with a Queen Kong story at some point!
We’ll also have a third concurrent story coming in this September, though, as it’s time for my usual seasonal stories. Somewhere around the middle of the month, I’ll start sharing a weekly ‘cursed mummy’ horror story, to be complete around Halloween. It’s a gritty, tropey fun ride – and we should have an accompanying comic on the way from JackOfBullets!
My other big piece of news is that in the next couple of weeks I’m going to update how we do eBook downloads for Patreon, seeing as I’ve got so many available. For the new system, each tier will get a set selection of eBooks available for download, which will look something like this:
-
Tier 1: Enter the Nidings & Shelby’s TV Dinners
-
Tier 2: Tier 1 + Under the Table & Sensus Supra: The New Girl
-
eBook Champion: All the above + the latest 3 eBook releases
-
Advanced eBook Champion: The complete eBook collection + the latest ARC
This is for downloadable eBooks only; Tiers 1 and 2 will still have access to the complete libraries of serial posts available on Patreon itself. So it’s mostly a heads-up if you’re want to download any of the older books before I make the change, now’s the time to jump in.
That’s all for today – until next time, try not to get devoured.
